Ear Surgery (Otoplasty)

Purpose is to set prominent ears closer to the head as well as reduce the size of large ears.
This procedure can occasionally be covered by insurance.

Eyelid Tuck (Blepharoplasty)

Purpose is to remove excess skin and fat from upper and lower eyelids. (Upper-eyelid surgery may be covered by insurance.)

Facelift/Necklift (Rhytidectomy)

Purpose is to tighten facial and neck skin by removing excess skin. Procedure includes romoval of excess fat and tightening of underlying tissue.

Facial Implants

Purpose of procedure is to sculpt the chin and cheek areas with carefully placed, anatomically shaped facial implants.

Forehead Lift/Browlift

Purpose is to reduce wrinkles and frown lines, elevate droopy eyebrows and correct the hooding over eyes.

Dr. Martello has been specially trained in performing this procedure via a minimally invasive or endoscopic approach.
